Pamprin Multi-symptom treats cramps, headaches, backaches, muscular aches, bloating, water-weight gain, and irritability. Pamprin Max contains two pain relievers acetaminophen and aspirin and because it includes caffeine as its diuretic it is effective at relieving fatigue along with other menstrual symptoms.
